How to temporarily disable instagram account?

Step_1 : Open your instagram account in your mobile,Android or ios,etc.

         2 : Tap on the profile icon given in the right bottom side.

         3 : Your Profile will be open.

Step_4 : Tap on the three lines given on the upper right side.

         5 : A sidebar will be open.

         6 : Tap on Setting given on the right bottom side.

         

 Step_7 : A new page will be open.
          8 : Tap on Help.
          9 : After tapping on Help,A new Page will be open.

Step_10 : Click on Help Centre.

         11 : A new Page will be open.

         12 : Tap on Delete your account and a new page will be open.

Step_13 : Tap on 1st option,How do I temporarily disable my instagram account?

          14 : Tap on a Link given in the first line.

          15 : After this,a new page of instagram will be open in yout mobile browser.

 Step_16 : Tap on Profile icon given in the right bottom side of the page.
          17 : Your instagram Profile will be open in your browser.
          18 : Tap on Edit Profile.

Step_19 : Scroll down and tap on Temporary disable my instagram account.
         20 : A new page will be open and scroll down.
         21 : Select the reason,Why are you disabling your instagram account.

Step_22 : After selecting reson,write your password.
         23 : Tap on Temporary disable my account.

 After doing all the steps, your account will be temorarily disabled.This is temporary.
